A lot of this maps pretty directly to building a startup. You get told no constantly and most experiments you run don’t work. Learning to separate “this failed” from “I failed” is a pretty important skill. Way to go Matt.
So many good nuggets in here. The volume point is on point. If you know the odds are 1 in 100, the answer isn’t necessarily to get better at predicting the one, it’s to keep taking shots. Great read
